We can help! Our team at Common Good Bookkeeping Cooperative (CGBC) is available to help you get your taxes filed on time with your federal and state refunds (if applicable) direct deposited to your bank account with minimum stress. We offer a sliding scale payment plan based on your income and the complexity of your tax filing.

We also offer tax remediation services if you are behind with your tax filings or are experiencing other issues with the IRS.
No time to meet? We can work with you in a variety of ways:

Online: Answer an online questionnaire and upload your tax documents to our secure encrypted website and we will do the rest; or

Mail: We’ll mail you a questionnaire and you mail us back the answers along with your tax documents.
Want to do your taxes yourself but can’t afford the online processing fees?

Contact us to make arrangements to use our tax software at a nominal cost, including direct deposit of any refunds owed.

Our Background:
CGBC is a worker-owned cooperative located in the Social Justice Center at 1202 Williamson Street. Our experienced team provides clients with affordable, quality financial and administrative services such as bookkeeping, payroll and tax processing.
CGBC arose out of a need recognized by local worker cooperatives and small community non-profits for affordable bookkeeping and admin services for startups, small businesses and organizations who don’t have the capacity for such expertise in-house.
